Price increases & additions to our current terms

Hi,

Over the last 18 months, we have tried our best to keep our prices as low as possible. Unfortunately, the time has come when this is no longer viable in order for us to keep your services running or to introduce new services as we would like to do.

Therefore, we have to announce that as of the 1st of April (yes, we do understand the irony of the date) that all of our current prices will be increasing by £3 per month.

Prices for new customers and any new order will be increasing by £5 per month over the coming days.

Current clients who are paying yearly will see this increase as pro-rata on their next invoice.

Also, any legacy clients who have a small yearly bill will be contacted separately.

New policies (not so new really)

After this time, there will be a popup or other notification stating that email-only hosting is not allowed on our network. 90% of the largest accounts across our network are those that are simply email storage. This is dead storage that can easily be held elsewhere for free such as Outlook or Gmail.

No cPanel account will be allowed over 10GB of email storage across the whole account (in total, not per email address). How any account that uses reseller hosting has this much is beyond us.

Any account that looks like it is offering email-only hosting will be suspended along with all sub-accounts after this date. We are taking this approach in order to help protect the whole network from bad actors that have, over the last week meant we have had to suspend 20 accounts for spam email.

With that said, any, and we mean any spam email will not be tolerated. It has never been tolerated, however, we have unsuspended accounts only for this to occur again and again.

Any account that is sending spam emails, especially when we receive abuse reports will be permanently suspended and any attempt to reinstate that account will be met with a suspension of the reseller.

The unfortunate truth is that we now have to take massive steps in order to protect everyone on our network and as we do appreciate each and every one of you we have to do this.

Any questions, please ask through a support ticket.

Regards
