Sometimes you may come across one of the following error in cPanel or WHM - Cannot Read Licence File / Licence File Expired. On 99% of occasions this is not due to an issue with our licences but instead due to a scheduled cPanel update.
These updates can take anywhere from a few minutes up to an hour (on rare occasions) and is not something we can control.
We apologise if you cannot access your cPanel or WHM accounts during these times and ask for your patience and that you check back later. These updates are for the security of the server and your accounts.
