In this articles we will show you how to manually create a new account in WHM. This is useful if are migrating accounts or if you sell a package without using a billing software such as WHMCS which automatically creates new customer accounts for you.
Login to your WHM account.
Click on the “Create a New Account” option. This can usually be found on your dashboard once you sign in or you can find this on the menu section on the left hand side.
Complete the domain information section including domain name, password and email address.
In the Package section you can choose a predefined package for the account or you can select the option manually.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click “Create”. This will then create the account and you can send the account details to your customer.
The login details created here will be used for both your clients WHM and cPanel accounts.
