The easiest way to create a database in cPanel is by using the MySQL Database Wizard. This option will create a database name and database user.
Login to your cPanel control panel using your account credentials.
Scroll to the Database section and click on “MySQL Database Wizard”.
Choose a database name in the “create a database” section.
In the following screen, choose a database name and password. You can use the Password Generator to create a strong password but make sure you keep this safe. Click “Create User” to continue.
Under the “Add user to the database” section, select the privileges you require for the user. This is usually the “All Privileges” option. Once you have selected the privileges click on the Next or Make Changes button at the bottom.
You have now created a new database and user. You can use the same process for all future databases you may need.
