IP addresses will only be blocked by the server firewall if there are numerous unsuccessful attempts to login to cPanel/WHM systems. This includes making unsuccessful attempts to login to cPanel, WHM and Webmail.
If you believe your IP address has been blocked by the server firewall, please try the following in the first instance as it may not always be a blocked IP address:
If your problem still persists please open a Support Ticket and provide us with the error message you are seeing and your current IP address and we will look into this for you.
Please note: If there are multiple instances if the same IP address being blocked on the server this may be treated as abuse and we may not unblock the IP address for security reasons.
