If a payment for your reseller hosting service is missed or declined, we will automatically retry your payment method for 7 days. If after 7 days your account remains unpaid it will suspended so you and your clients will be unable to use our services until payment has been made.
Please note that after 30 days, your account will be terminated and any data from you and/or your clients may be lost.
