What happens if I miss a payment?

If payment is not received by your invoice due date, your account will be suspended 24 hours after the date of your invoice. We understand that sometimes it might not be possible to make payment on time so we recommend that you open a support ticket through the client area if you think you will be unable to pay on time and we can do our best to help you.
