Domain names are generally registered in multiples of 1 year up to 10 years, although certain TLDs have different requirements. This means if you register your domain name on the 1st of June for 1 year, it will expire on the 1st of June the following year.
For domain names registered through us, you can view the expiration date by signing in to your account in the client area and clicking on Domains from the top menu and then My Domains. The registration and expiration dates will be shown for each domain name you currently have registered.
