There are generally 3 reasons why your hosting account may be suspended. Should your hosting be suspended you will receive an email with a brief outline of the issue so it is important your email address is always up to date.
Late payment: If your hosting plan is suspended due to late payment, you can get this back online immediately by paying the balance. If you think this is a mistake, please open a support ticket through the client area.
Domain blacklist: If your domain name has been placed on a blacklist, such as the Google blacklist, our security software will automatically suspend the account. In order for us to unsuspend your hosting, you will need to resolve the blacklist issue.
Breach of our terms of service: Breaching our terms of service can include abuse such as spam emails, phishing, copyright infringement, abuse reports and more. If your hosting plan has been suspended due to breaching our terms of service and you would like more information, or think it is a mistake, please open a support ticket through the client area.
